Before starting any internship (INTERNAL or EXTERNAL), all students must complete a training course on health and safety in the workplace, as required by Legislative Decree No. 81/08 and the State-Regions Agreement of 21 December 2011.
The training takes place in two stages: the first stage involves participation in a 4-hour asynchronous online course on “Basic training on health and safety at work”.
To take the course, go to https://lms.federica.eu/enrol/index.php?id=884 on “Federica”, register and, when prompted, enter the access code (registration key): Ingind11.
After passing the final test, system will issue a certificate of participation. Specific instructions for the correct use of the course can be found at the following link.
In the second phase, once the specific risks have been identified, all students must undergo a health surveillance visit and continue their training by taking the course “Training on specific risks - High risk”. The course, lasting 12 hours, will be delivered online in synchronous mode by the University Training Office.
Reservations to participate in the specific risk training course and to undergo a health check-up with the competent doctor must be made by completing the form available at the following link.
In the case of EXTRAMOENIA internships, students must also ensure that the department tutor and the host institution tutor complete the cooperation and coordination report to which the following must be attached. This document records the agreements between the parties to comply with the requirements regarding health and safety in the workplace and in accordance with applicable laws. The cooperation and coordination report will be signed by the tutors and employers of the respective institutions.
After completing the surveillance visit and fulfilling the training requirements, passing the final assessment tests, each student may begin their internship only after completing, signing and submitting the form to the department tutor and, for external internships, the cooperation and coordination agreement and related attachments.
