If any information is not available (in the case of mandatory questions), simply write ‘Not available’. The form also allows you to attach a link to the selection process, as well as a flyer with the job description or, if applicable, a company brochure.
In addition, you can use the ‘Other notes’ section (penultimate question on the form) to add any further information not covered by the previous questions.
Once you have completed the form, we will forward the selection to all potential interested parties through our communication channels.
