Recognition is requested by accessing the following link (Microsoft Form) with your institutional email credentials and uploading a copy – in PDF or image format – of the certificate acquired. It is possible to upload up to a maximum of three files (in the case of three certificates corresponding to three 1 CFU activities).

Please note that even if they can be acquired in fractions (activities for which 1 CFU is recognized are foreseen), it is not possible to fraction the uploading of the 3 CFU into the academic record. Students must submit the accreditation request only when they have "totalized" the 3 CFU.

Any requests for partial accreditation (1 CFU or 2 CFU) will not be taken into consideration!

In the event that the student indicates a reason for urgency, they will also be asked to upload a certification (downloadable from Segrepass) attesting to the state of urgency.

A simple rule: do what is requested, which is to rename the file(s) by starting with your full student ID number (matricola) and adding some characters to distinguish the files if you are uploading multiple certificates. For example, the student with ID number M62/6789 who has acquired three certifications for following three Federica Web Learning courses (in this case, each course grants 1 CFU), will upload three PDF files named: M62006789_Mooc1.pdf, M62006789_Mooc2.pdf, and M62006789_Mooc3.pdf.

There is no need to add your name.

The system adds it automatically! Remember that attaching files with the correct naming convention helps those who "work" for you. Imagine a folder with hundreds of randomly named files: retrieving the file for student M62/6789 will take up time!

Once the requests have been received and the appropriate checks have been carried out, a "Recognition Decree" will be prepared and sent to the Student Registry Office for the subsequent uploading of the 3 CFU to the academic record.

The decree is sent monthly/bi-monthly, except in cases of real urgency (it is possible to indicate this situation on the form).

Once the online request is completed, the student will receive a notification of successful transmission of the request.

Should any "problem" arise with the information uploaded that could jeopardize the successful outcome of the request, the student will be contacted by the Degree Program.

Students are therefore advised not to resubmit the request or send emails everywhere (a destra e a manca), but to wait for the 3 CFU to be uploaded to their academic record!

The Degree Program had already prepared, before the Covid-19 emergency, the recognition decrees for all students who had personally submitted various types of certificates (Accenture, Digita, etc.) or who, during 2019, had participated in initiatives or seminar cycles for which the release of a single certification was not foreseen.

Case A: Students enrolled in A.Y. 2018/19 in the 1st year of the Master's Degree
In the vast majority of cases, these students do not yet have the 3 CFU in their academic record because, at the time the certificate was obtained/submitted, the Student Registry Office could not have uploaded the 3 CFU due to the reasons mentioned previously. Students who fall into this condition are asked to wait for the registry office to upload the decrees prepared before the Covid-19 emergency to their academic record.

Case B: Students already enrolled in A.Y. 2018/19 in the 2nd year of the Master's Degree
Students who fall into this condition and do not have the 3 CFU uploaded can fill out the form. Students who do not possess the certificate can attach a file created ad hoc with the indication of the courses/seminars attended and the professor responsible for the initiative.

This specific case applies to Master's degree students, enrolled in the 2018/19 A.Y., who received recognition for some 6 CFU exams after having passed previously taken 9 CFU exams, either through a single-course enrollment or a previous academic career; the residual 3 CFU were recognized as "Other Knowledge" via the same decree that recognized the exams.

The reason for not uploading the credits is always related to the academic year. The Degree Program (CdS) had already sent the registry office, before the Covid-19 emergency, the list of decrees that were "not completely uploaded" to the academic record.

Students who fall into this specific case must therefore wait for the registry office to upload the 3 CFU (along with any recognized 2nd-year exams).
