Execution of the final exam

    The following are required to carry out the final assessment:

    • all students with student ID N45;
    • students (student ID 531) enrolled in the academic years (a.y.) 2005/2006, 2006/2007, and 2007/2008;
    • students (student ID 531) who, although enrolled in a.y. preceding 2005/2006, do not have credits (CFU) associated with internship activities following a modification of their original Study Plan.

    The final assessment is associated with a graduation session (the indicative dates of the sessions are available on the School's website) https://www.scuolapsb.unina.it/esame-di-laurea-collegio-degli-studi-di-ingegneria/. Access to the final assessment is governed by the same principles as access to the graduation session. Therefore, it is only possible to participate in the final assessment after having acquired all the necessary credits (with the exception of those for the final assessment) for the achievement of the degree.

    The final assessment consists of preparing a paper/project in a subject studied during the three-year period. Specifically, for each final assessment, it will be possible to choose between two subjects. The subjects and the reference professors will be made known sufficiently in advance on the Degree Program's website. The assessments, except in extraordinary cases, will be held no later than two weeks before the start of the sessions.

    To participate in the final assessment, an application to participate in the graduation session must be submitted to the registry office according to the methods and deadlines indicated by the Polytechnic School. In the application, the reference professor for the chosen subject for the final assessment must be indicated. Once the request has been made, it will no longer be possible to modify the choice.

    A student who is not present at the final assessment will not be able to take part in the associated graduation session. In this case, they must submit a formal withdrawal of participation in the graduation session to the registry office. They will subsequently have to submit a new application to participate in the final assessment relating to a subsequent graduation session.

    A student who has taken part in the final assessment but is not present at the graduation session will be considered as having withdrawn. They will, therefore, have to submit a new application to participate in the final assessment relating to a subsequent graduation session.
